Written by Ron Douglas on June 7th, 2011. Posted in NSRO Homestead Basics

It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and I was itching for a new project. I decided to build my own compost system. I wanted something that was easy to use for my wife and kids and still be very functional. After viewing several different ideas online, and spending time at the last Self Reliance Expo I decided to mix some of those ideas together and create my own version.
